Neel Nikkesh is an IT entrepreneur, who started Lavanya Incorporation in 2011, and then Lambdora Enterprises Ghana Ltd in 2016. In a short span of time, Lambdora Group covered 45% of the Ghana Market and gained reputation widely. Neel belongs to Rajasthan, India, and completed his education in Ludhiana, Punjab. With an MBA in International Business, he started his career with BCC Infotech in Ludhiana before he moved to Africa for multiple projects, and then stayed on there from 2013 onwards. He also established Tech People Ghana, a trading unit, in 2019; and SORT-IT Ghana, a consultancy firm, in 2021.
His company has been awarded the Excellence in IT Services (CCTV & Networking) 2023, Business IT Solution Providers of the Year 2022, IT Consulting Company of the Year 2022, and 6th Global Business Quality Awards category brand of the Year Fleethunt 2021. Personally, he has received the 7th Global Business Quality Awards Category – Outstanding Young CEO of the Year 2022, 4th National Communication Awards as CEO of the year 2022 (Technology), and Outstanding Business Leader in Technology 2022. In terms of social recognition, he is currently the Head of Marketing of Indian Africa Trade Council for West Africa, General Secretary of the Rajasthan Association of Ghana, Executive Member of the Indian Association of Ghana, member of Rotary Club of Ludhiana for Expression of Gratitude, and Rotary Club of Ghana Africa. He presently lives in Accra, Ghana with his wife Dr Komal Sharma and daughter Lavanya Sharma.
